A PePHR is simply a portable electronic personal health record. Its main distinguishing feature is

its portability; in other words, it is mobile-it is small enough to be carried by the custodian

across provinces and countries.

  •  A secure PePHR to be carried by the consumer to medical appointments that can be accessed and updated by the medical personnel in the circle of care.
  • A secure PePHR to be carried by the consumer and accessible by EMT or medical personnel during routine medical visits or emergency situations.
  • Our solution ensures:
    • Availability of medical records at point of care
    • These medical records are legible and error free
    • These medical records are not susceptible to elements such as fire and water

The PePHR POC is scheduled to commence in the 4 th Quarter of 2016 with select institutions

in Canada
